Supply Clouds is a three-way booking system working with Schools/MAT’s, Education Recruitment Agencies and Supply Teachers across the UK.

The platform works across two dashboards on desktop, and a mobile application available on iOS and Android devices.



After much research carried out by the client and the design team to truly understand the market, its target market of teachers, schools and governing bodies. The brand identity was under-way.

Many sketches, further research and a few collaborative get-togethers with the client, we got a solid result with the identity.

Highlighting the word-mark of cloud-based technology the icon indicates a locating pin within a cloud shape.

Making it simple and minimalist; suitable for eligibility applied to any size.

The website home page needed to be bright, inviting and friendly. This style worked really well as we had an extensive colour palette from the brand development phase and dashboard designs. All the while keeping the primary brand colour visible, helping with recognition and familiarity within the industry’s customer market.

What we accomplished:


We have built a brand which is recognisable across the Educational sector and is continuing to be credited by governing bodies.


Platforms are being tested, used and leased to 13 Multi-Academy Trust Institutions across the UK. Including Harris Federation, GLF and Inspiration Trust.

Since the launch of Supply Clouds updated website, which was launched summer 2018, 50 teachers have signed up to the platform, 10 MATS have signed contracts and 20 agencies have contacted for further information as well as joining the the system. This correspondence is increasing on a monthly basis.


4,700 jobs have been posted to date.
The App Store has had over 2,000 downloads and Google Play over 2,500.
The Next Generation App is being launched in summer 2019.
